Before using Ralu-chan, you need to agree this License Agreement.
DON'T USE RALU-CHAN IF YOU DENY THIS AGREEMENT!

• You fulfill the obligation that you explain about Ralu-chan to members to your group and that you let them agree this License Agreement.
• You have full responsibility, which is occured problems from using Ralu-chan.
• A creator of Ralu-chan will not have all responsibility, which is occured problems from using Ralu-chan.
• If you give others a key which will be published at the next page and others confront problems, you fulfill the obligation of it.
• Messages which is gotten in groups are used for Ralu-chan.
• If anyone kickout Raru-chan 3 times, he will become a blacklist user. so please teach it to group members.
